How do walk-up surcharges work?

After that, expect $25 to $75 per additional flight depending on what's being carried. If your unit is a 4th-floor walk-up with a piano, that's disclosed at the estimate, not at the curb.

What about Pacific Beach and Coronado parking?

PB Mission Blvd, North PB residential, Coronado Village, and downtown's Marina and East Village all have permit-only zones where a 26-foot truck cannot legally stage for 4 hours. We pre-pull a temporary parking permit through the city, or we shuttle from the nearest legal spot with a smaller truck. Both options are priced into the estimate.

Can you reserve the elevator?

Most buildings ask the resident to reserve the elevator and the loading dock. We coordinate with you and the building once you give us the property contact. We confirm the window 48 hours out and again the morning of the move. If the building requires elevator pads to be installed by the building's staff, we wait until those are up before we start loading.
